At the heart of our reactions isn't an attitude adjustment (think positive), it is a belief adjustment. We react the way we do because we have allowed the enemy to trap our minds in the lies of the past. We interpret situations through the filter of our beliefs of who we are. It isn't the events themselves that upset us. It is the meanings we give to them, the lies we accept as truth: I'm Helpless, I'm Worthless, I'm Hopeless.
