Phil Milligan has been a member of Wildwood Christian Church since 1999. He has served as an Elder, on the Praise Team, as a Sunday School Teacher for both adults and children and he has photographed various church events.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Southeast Missouri State University, A Master's in Music Education from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, a Master's in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University and an Ed. S from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He spent 17 years as a Music Teacher in the public schools and 12 years as a full time Principal on the middle school level. He continues to do part time work in our local schools. He also is a University Supervisor for student teachers at Lindenwood University.
Phil believes that worship is an essential part of the spiritual life of any follower of Jesus. At Wildwood, we strive to have a worship team that leads followers and seekers into the throne room of God and help them to focus on the message of Jesus. Music speaks directly to our hearts and is a direct line to the heart of God.
Phil and his wife, Teresa, have two daughters, Emily and Sarah. Sarah is married to Josh Pate and are the proud parents of Weston, Phil & Teresa's first grandchild.
