Connie grew up in a small Baptist church in Shamrock, Texas. She accepted Christ and was baptized at the age of 12.  After graduating High School, she went to West Texas University where she studied business. After finishing her AA Degree, she moved to California to work with youth at Hacienda Heights Christian Church.  While living in Hacienda Heights, she met and married Chris Gonzalez in 1989.   They are proud parents of three children, Jordan, Chelsi, and Breanna.  Chris and Connie moved to St. Louis in 1994 and have been involved at Wildwood Christian Church ever since utilizing their passion for kids in ministry.  They have worked with youth for over 12 years and Connie has been working at Wildwood Christian Academy for over 10 years.  She brings a desire to build relationships with parents and their children so we can all grow together in our journey to godliness.  Connie began her ministry as our Children's Minister in April 2010.
